Jane Ashcroft

Jane Ashcroft holds Chair and Non Executive Director roles with a focus on aged care and housing. She is Chair of Helping Hands Homecare which provides care to older and disabled people through a network of 150 branches, and is a Non Executive Director of Porthaven Care Homes. She is also Chair of GoodGym, a national charity where volunteers run, walk or cycle to help community organisations and isolated older people by undertaking practical tasks.

Jane was CEO of Anchor, a national provider of sheltered housing and care homes services for older people.  As a housing association Anchor also developed new models for later living. She is an executive coach for senior executives in the housing sector, and mentors business leaders across sectors.

Jane holds an Honours degree in History from Stirling (graduated 1988), is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Governance, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
