Teams and directory
Service Delivery and Change
The service delivery & change team consists of Technology Support (IT Service Desk and Digital Learning), Information Support (University Library and Archives), Academic Development and the Programme Management Office (PMO) and delivers frontline support in the use of business and academic IT systems and information and library services to meet the University’s strategic and operational goals. The team supports staff, students and stakeholders to successfully engage with IT systems and Library Services and supports cross University engagement including project and programme management, process improvement support and business liaison whilst delivering key service improvements for Information Services.

Development and Operations
Development & Operations comprises a number of core teams including Infrastructure, Service Transition and Information Security.
Infrastructure
The Infrastructure teams design and develop emerging and existing core on-site and cloud IT infrastructure in support of research, learning and teaching. They also support the infrastructure service during implementation and commission of systems.

Product Development
The Product Development teams are responsible for business software application design, development and integrations of new and existing software implementations, database and application upgrades, project management on large and complex IT projects as well as data analytics and development.
Head of Product Development: Neil Morris
Service Transition
Responsible for the transitioning of new services and developments to the live environment. Ensuring knowledge transfer and handover to Service Desk for user support.
IS Office
The IS Office is responsible for the administration function of Information Services, providing a wide range of support services including but not limited to: procurement, data processing, finance, recruitment, annual leave processing, absence reporting, stationery, travel and expenses.
