Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems by moving, stretching and massaging a person's muscles and joints.
It's based on the principle that the wellbeing of an individual depends on their bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue functioning smoothly together.
Ross Clark leads our service providing expert osteopathy and deep tissue massage, combining hands-on treatment, tailored rehabilitation exercises, and evidence-based education to address the root cause of symptoms — not just the pain.
