Coming to Stirling
Take on a new adventure and study abroad with us. We welcome hundreds of study abroad and exchange students each semester. Our campus is located on our stunning 330-acre Scottish estate, offering you a relaxing place to study.
We accept students from all years of undergraduate study. The skills and life-lessons you’ll learn from your study abroad experience will help you stand out in your personal and professional life. Taking part will show future employers your ambition, maturity and self-reliance.
How it works
You can choose to study with us for either a semester or a full year as part of your undergraduate degree. You can come for Semester 1 and/or Semester 2.

Accommodation
We make our best efforts to reserve university accommodation for all incoming Study Abroad and exchange students who apply by the published deadline. You'll have the choice of two to three on-campus and one off-campus residence each year. You'll be able to apply for accommodation once you've been offered a place at the University. Our accommodation is self-catered, with a shared kitchen, on-site laundry facilities, and 24-hour University of Stirling staff support.
