The overall objective of this proposal is to use the retreat history of the former Minch Ice Stream (Northwest Scotland) to better understand how glaciers and ice streams respond to sea-level changes across a variety of rheological and glaciological settings. Our goal is to better understand the interplay between ice sheets and sea-level change in sensitive marine-based ice streams.
