Mrs Nadia Rahim

My placement is with NHS Fife working as a Stop Smoking advisor within the Health Promotion team. My primary role involves developing personalised intervention plans for clients who would like to stop smoking and vaping. I am also heavily involved in maternity interventions to reduce maternal smoking and vaping in Fife.

I am interested in behaviour change to improve health outcomes in the areas of physical activity, smoking and obesity. I have particular interest in women’s health and working with neurodiverse and ethnic minority population groups.
