About me
I am a psychology PhD student at the University of Stirling. My research combines technology and mental health, as I am currently developing a mobile app to help young adults manage social anxiety.
As a research assistant, I evaluated asthma self-management apps using validated frameworks, analysing their quality, usability, and features. I was also part of the project focusing on evaluating digital technologies in elite sports rehabilitation. This experience, along with my background in psychology and graphic design, informs my current work.
