About me

I am in my first-year on the Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology, with research interests in stress, digital health technologies, and behavioural sleep medicine.

My working week is split between two roles: within a Creative Healthcare organisation, where I contribute to projects developing and evaluating innovative approaches to health and within an NHS Staff Health and Wellbeing Psychology Service, where I deliver, develop and evaluate psychological health & wellbeing interventions to support healthcare staff.

In my clinical role, I deliver evidence-based psychological support, drawing on stress management and behavioural medicine approaches to improve wellbeing outcomes. These roles also include staff training. Alongside this, I am interested in how digital health tools can be harnessed to monitor, manage, and reduce stress, as well as how they can be applied to sleep-related difficulties.

My academic interests lie in the integration of behavioural science with technology to address health challenges, particularly in relation to long-term health conditions, stress and sleep. I aim to explore how digital interventions can be designed and implemented to promote sustainable behaviour change and improve long-term health outcomes.
