This review is one of a series of reports by Public Health England (PHE) on different aspects of gambling-related harm. It aims to answer the following research questions: 1. What harms are associated with gambling among children and adults? 2. What harms are associated with different levels of gambling severity among children and adults? Severity was defined broadly and included different levels of engagement or spending, or symptoms of gambling disorder
